What do you need to make honey fondant yourself?

• Powdered sugar
• Honey (own honey or from a local beekeeper, absolutely no honey from the supermarket!)
• Something to mix
• A bowl or large pan (this depends on the quantity you want to make)
• Something to store it in

Mixing ratio

Merging 1 kg of powdered sugar with 300 grams of honey (you can of course experiment with the proportions – all honey is not the same either).

• Take the bowl or pan.
• Fill the bowl or pan with powdered sugar (as much powdered sugar as you want).
• Add honey proportionally, try to do this calmly.
• While adding the honey, mix it into a dough.
  If it has become a malleable dough, the ratio is good.
• Now you can save the dough or give it to your honey bees
