• Something to mix
• A bowl or large pan (this depends on the quantity you want to make)
• Something to store it in

• Fill the bowl or pan with powdered sugar (as much powdered sugar as you want).
• Add water proportionally, try to do this calmly.
• While adding the water, mix it into a dough.
  If it has become a malleable dough, the ratio is good.
• Now you can save the dough or give it to your honey bees
